A small, faithful band, under the direction of Rev'd Graham Johnson, gave out copies of Mark's Gospel to Hovering shoppers on the first Saturday morning in September. 'It was a blessed time', said Mr Johnson, who explained that the initiative emerged from a recent meeting of the Monday Prayer Group. 'We felt we wanted to do more witnessing in the town and decided on this as our first action. We're sure the Lord will lead us to what to do next.'
